We suggest wearing MySliders gradually for the first three months, adjusting based on your comfort level. If you miss a few nights and your symptoms remain stable, it's fine to resume wearing them the next night. It's important to pay attention to your symptoms and use the sliders accordingly.

It is normal to experience some discomfort or soreness initially as your jaw adjusts to the new position. We recommend wearing MySliders for shorter periods of time and gradually increasing the duration as you become more comfortable. If the discomfort persists, please contact us for further guidance.

  • We recommend cleaning MySliders with a mild soap and water only.
  • Brush and floss before using the CLEARsplint.
  • Do NOT soak the bite splint in mouthwash, denture cleaner or alcohol.
  • Do NOT place the bite splint in hot or boiling water or expose to excessive heat (such as direct sunlight). This may distort the appliance.
  • After use, rinse the bite splint with water and store dry.

MySliders devices are made with Astron® CLEARsplint, an acrylic material made up of two components. The liquid component is modified ethyl methacrylate monomer, and the powder component is modified ethyl methacrylate polymer. This material is commonly used for your typical dental splints.
